The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Varenya Yogapeeth is designed for aspiring teachers and sincere practitioners who wish to build a strong, authentic foundation in yoga. Conducted in the sacred energy of Rishikesh, this program blends classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy.
Small class sizes ensure every student receives personalised attention and guidance from our experienced Himalayan teachers. Upon completion, you will receive an internationally recognized certificate.

Common Questions
Do I need yoga experience to join?
No prior experience is required. The 100 Hour TTC is designed for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Our teachers will guide you step by step through each practice.
Is accommodation included in the course fee?
Yes! The course fee includes 10 nights of accommodation, 3 daily vegetarian meals, all study materials, and course activities. There are no hidden charges.
What certificate will I receive?
Upon successful completion, you will receive an internationally recognized 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Varenya Yogapeeth. This certificate is recognized by yoga studios and schools worldwide.
What should I bring to the course?
We recommend comfortable, light yoga clothing, a personal yoga mat (or you can use ours), a notebook, and an open heart. A detailed packing list is sent upon registration.
Can I continue to the 200 Hour TTC after this?
Absolutely! Many students complete the 100 Hour TTC and then join our 200 Hour TTC for a full certification. Your 100-hour hours count toward the 200-hour certification.
