This immersive, residential program in Rishikesh takes you deep into the authentic roots of yoga — through classical Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodology.

Do I need yoga experience to join the 200 Hour TTC? +
No prior yoga experience is required. The program is open to all levels, and our teachers will guide you through foundational practices with care and patience from day one.
Is this certificate recognized internationally? +
Yes. Our 200 Hour TTC certificate is internationally recognized and follows globally accepted standards for yoga teacher training. Graduates use this certification to teach in yoga studios and wellness centers worldwide.
What's the difference between the 100 Hr and 200 Hr TTC? +
The 100 Hour TTC is a foundational course covering core practices over 10 days. The 200 Hour TTC is the complete, globally recognized teaching certification covering everything in depth — including full teaching methodology and supervised practicum — over 24 days.
What is the cancellation/refund policy? +
Cancellations made more than 30 days before course start receive a full refund minus a $150 admin fee. Cancellations within 30 days receive a 50% refund. We also allow you to transfer your booking to a future batch at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Can I stay on after the course? +
Many students choose to extend their stay in Rishikesh for further immersion. We can help arrange additional nights at the campus or nearby accommodations. Many also join our retreat programs that follow directly.
